Testimonials

Alexis Horatides

(owner of Sherlock Home bar in Limassol, Cyprus)

The advanced Mixology course unlocked a world of flavors, blending techniques, textures, and a deep dive into modern bartending. The course equipped me with the foundation, but it’s up to me to forge my path and reach my goals. One thing’s for sure, I’m in the industry to stay! While I can’t speak to improvements since I was new, I’m confident Alchemy keeps getting better and exceeding expectations.

I highly recommend this bartending course! I took it to learn new skills and advance in the industry, and it was worth the travel. The instructors, especially Costas Nicolaides, were excellent and used effective teaching methods. While the course doesn’t teach you everything, it provides the foundation and techniques to open doors in your career. I was particularly impressed by the Wine Education course’s teaching style. The instructors showed us new techniques that we can explore and build upon. The school is constantly improving, and the only thing I’d add is a Barista course, since coffee is a big part of the industry. Overall, this course was a great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their bartending skills to the next level.
